Zafferano Returns Policy

We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following guidelines will help make your return a smooth and seamless experience.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased from Zafferano America, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging and includes all accessories like chargers. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. Customer pays all the return expenses unless otherwise verified with a customer representative. You may initiate a return by filling out this form. Please see the next section if the item arrived damaged or defective; different terms may apply.

Shipping Damages

Although it is unfortunate, items are occasionally damaged in transit or have concealed damage. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item at no charge for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within 4 days after delivery. You should use this form to immediately report any damage.

We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you should take pictures of the damage and you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery. In that case, please report the issue within 4 days and you can choose to receive a replacement or a refund.

To report an issue with an item, please use this form. You will be asked to submit photographs of the damaged or defective product and its packaging (the original packaging is required to facilitate a return unless it was damaged in transit and is unusable).

Refund Policy

You’ll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax for damaged or defective items if reported within 4 days with necessary evidence. You will receive a refund for any amount you may have paid to Zafferano America as soon as the item(s) is returned in original packaging.

For items that were not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the shipping costs; if you use a return shipping label provided by Zafferano America, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund due to you. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after Zafferano America receives and processes the eligible item.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN WAREHOUSE BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENT/REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order anytime before it ships from our warehouse by using this form. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Zafferano America, and an order or product is not cancelled until you receive affirmative confirmation from us via email. If you wish to expedite the cancellation, please email info@ZafferanoAmerica.com.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests but unfortunately sometimes this is not possible and shipping charges will ensue. Confirming the cancellation may take some time because we need to make sure that your order has not already shipped.

Once your product(s) ships you will have to follow the return procedure detailed above if you no longer want the product.
